- At the moment, this role is focused on:.
- Owning the strategy and performance of Canva’s B2B website, collaborating with SEO, content, and digital teams to drive key business metrics.
- Leading demand capture initiatives across the inbound funnel, using AI and new technologies to increase lead conversion.
- Scaling community-led growth by growing owned communities and engaging authentically in external networks to boost visibility and buyer intent.
- Building high-impact organic loops by connecting content, search, and community engagement.
- Using data to prioritise and plan a global roadmap that aligns cross-functional teams around the highest-impact work.
- Driving experimentation – from ideation to launch – to identify scalable, repeatable growth levers.
- Aligning closely with ops, sales, and MarTech to ensure website strategy supports broader funnel performance.
- Establishing the infrastructure, tooling, and playbooks needed to scale inbound programs efficiently.
- Advocating for resources, managing budgets, and tracking ROI across tooling, content, and innovation.
- Partnering with data teams to evolve attribution models and uncover new areas for proactive growth.

- You love bringing ideas to life with content strategists, designers, and engineers — and know how to collaborate to get things done.
- You know your way around web analytics and use data to speed up decision-making and delivery.

We focus on scaling awareness and inbound growth through experimentation, strategic bets, and relentless pursuit of business value. Our team partners closely with sales and product teams to grow the Business and Enterprise user base, and we’re just getting started.
- We’re looking for a Senior B2B Growth Marketer to lead Canva’s organic and community-led inbound strategy in a new era of brand discovery. You’ll drive a multi-channel roadmap across SEO, AEO, community, CRO, and website — all focused on fueling pipeline and awareness for our Business and Enterprise plans.
