Main Responsibilities

• As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money.
• Evaluating creative performance and working with our Creative team to produce best-in-class display and video ad content to get the Wise story out there We are constantly striving to improve campaign efficiency, and you will have the opportunity to own the A/B testing process across landing pages, creatives, ad copy and more.

Skills & Experience

• Experience running large, successful direct response programmatic, video, display and CTV campaigns for a fast-growing business or agency, ideally across multiple markets and languages.
• You are able to make autonomous decisions - You’ll have the autonomy to use what you know and learn to prioritise, take decisive actions and execute freely with the goal of improving performance in your region(s) You are passionate about digital marketing and know what levers to pull when optimising a campaign against specific KPIs.
• Are a team player with strong communication skills to help lead and drive others to become better at what they do Put the customer first, always.
• Have a strong analytical mindset.
• Have experience running app, display and/or video ads on Google Ads Have experience running programmatic mobile, display and/or video ads on a DSP Are proactive and able to prioritise projects on impact, with a low level of supervision.
• Additional skills we would value: A good understanding of SQL Experience with scripts for Google Ads Experience with Looker, Tableau or a similar data visualisation tool Experience running programmatic activity in European markets Experience working in a fast-paced business Additional Information For everyone, everywhere.

Salary

£45,000-£65,000
