Main Responsibilities

• As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money.

• These are just a few of the challenges a Senior Content Designer will work on as part of Wise’s global mission to build an open, fair, and human financial system.
• In this role, you’ll support personal customers to onboard to Wise quickly, easily and with confidence.
• And you’ll design and deliver experiences that make onboarding clear and effortless, building trust with new and existing customers.
• You’ll work with your cross-functional partners to design and scale experiences that teams across Wise can use.
• You'll also be part of the Content Guild and will regularly collaborate with the content community across Wise.
• You’ll use your expertise to discover, design and deliver simple, well-crafted and intuitive experiences that customers love.
• You’ll bring a sharp eye for detail and a systems thinking approach to solve problems and find scalable solutions.
• You’ll influence teams and stakeholders to increase customer-centeredness and content quality across the squad.
• You’ll work with designers across the squad to build a standardised and seamless experience for customers.

• Own content projects from end-to-end Define what great content looks like, then help deliver it.

Skills & Experience

• Accomplished Senior Content Designer with experience shipping world-class products.
• Hands on experience delivering product content in fast-paced, engineering-led environments.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
• You’re comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity and can successfully collaborate in this environment.
• Familiarity with design processes and experience validating how content solves real customer problems.
• Exceptional content craft and a desire for quality Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Heads up, this probably isn’t for you if: Your experience is mostly in marketing content, advertising, journalism or social media and you have no hands-on experience of content design or working in UX.
