Main Responsibilities

• As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money.
• These are just a few of the challenges a Staff (IC) Content Designer will work on as part of Wise’s global mission to build an open and fair financial system.
• Your mission You’ll lead content design strategy and projects, working across the cross-functional teams that make up FinCrime.
• It’s the backbone for how we manage our regulatory and compliance responsibilities, but it also helps us increase growth by assessing risks on money movement and giving people grace when they’ve made a mistake.
• You would ensure comms like customer success emails, victim report flows, and educational nudges make people feel safe, secure, and cared for.
• You’d also help us develop strategies for how we increase trust in Wise and make people feel safer and more secure using our platform.

Skills & Experience

• Heads up, this probably isn’t for you if: Your experience is mostly in marketing content, advertising, copywriting, journalism or social media — and you have no hands-on experience of content design or working in UX.
