Main Responsibilities

• Here’s how you’ll contribute: Get to know our customers, building empathy and a deep understanding of their needs Use your expertise to discover, design and deliver simple, beautifully crafted, intuitive experiences that customers love Influence teams and stakeholders to increase customer-centeredness, creativity, and content quality across the squad Understand and prioritise content needs — delivering the most impactful projects across multiple teams Champion the Wise brand and its carefully considered implementation Work with designers from other squads to build a single, seamless experience for customers This role will give you the opportunity to: Deliver impact and ship work you’re proud of Own design projects from end-to-end Elevate product and content quality — you define what good looks like in the squad, and demonstrate it with everything you ship Work at the crossroads of marketing communication and product design Be part of a positive change in the world.
• We’re fixing a broken, greedy system, and putting people and businesses in control of their money About you: You’re an accomplished Staff Content Designer with extensive experience shipping world-class consumer products You’re comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity — and can successfully collaborate in this environment You have an eye for quality.
• You know how to deliver it yourself, and how to support other designers to do the same You’re influential, inspiring, and able to work with others in a culture that values autonomy and empowerment You’re highly empathetic, both to customers and the people you work with You’re a trusted partner who builds effective relationships with your peers across the business Heads up, this probably isn’t for you if: Your experience is mostly in marketing content, advertising, copywriting, journalism or social media – and you have no hands-on experience of content design or working in UX Additional Information For everyone, everywhere.
